Really, we joke about it but I could tell you horror stories about staff (or dr's family) abusing it and being found dead in the chair the next day. Not something to mess with and I do not like for my visits either.

Same here. One of my clients told me that life insurance for dentists, especially recently graduated dentists, is very expensive for this reason, or will have a no pay clause for death by NO2. Some of my clients have had problems with cleaning crews using the NO2. On a recent new office install, somebody stole 2 large tanks of NO2 while there were people working in the building.

I'll pass, I don't have 220 in my garage and I don't feel like getting into my fuse panel to run it. I'll ask around to see if someone I know might want it if you can't get rid of it.
