For me it was between 3 & 18, but I finally chose pic #3.
I like this one because:
1. You can still see the FJ in the splash, some are completely obscured
2. I like how the very dark muddy water is spraying up on both sides, good height! Must have hit it hard.
3. Despite all the muddy water, the FJ still looks fairly clean
4. The Sun Fusion color looks cool in the muddy brown water and sunshine back-lighting it

we might have to have the top 3 winners or something, those are just awesome, but i went with #3 --- but #'s 6, 13(assuming that's an FJ in there), 14, 18, 28... my oh my!
I Like 12 and 27, It shows a splash but it is more along the lines of the Tread lightly theme as it is a splash just big enough to get through the water as you need some speed, but they are not harming the area and after they leave no one would ever know they were there...
So I think 12 is the best actual splash photo....
