FJ's on Dog the Bounty Hunter

Watching the new episode of Dog the Bounty Hunter tonight and I saw a Voodoo siting on the side of the road. Thought to myself "cool an FJ" and did'nt think much of it until later in the same episode I saw a BC. Twice in the same episode, hmmmm. Are there that many FJ's on Oahu?? Or just a coincidence??

BTW, I miss Hawaii.............was stationed there from 97-00.

Re: FJ's on Dog the Bounty Hunter

I saw a couple on Da Big Island when I went there in June. Not many, but enough to make me take notice.

Re: FJ's on Dog the Bounty Hunter

I moved from Hawaii last Oct and there were a handful on the road then. I saw my first one there and was like a little kid: "I want that..."

There was also one on Dog about a month ago outside a jail in Denver.

Re: FJ's on Dog the Bounty Hunter

I saw the BC as well last night. I was on Oahu visiting family late August and saw plenty FJs around. I kept seeing a Voodoo in Kailua full of "bling" accessories. Funny thing is that this past weekend I pulled into the local Target parking lot and noticed a Ti Silver and parked near it. When I passed it I could not help but notice the Hawaii plates. I did a double take. It was cool!

They usually get your attention. I still even notice cars with Hawaii inspection stickers on them no matter what tags they are running now. When I left as was driving my car from the LA airport to Beaufort, SC I got of the dumbest questions about the tags. Like how did you get it here, how long of a drive is it and so on.

Re: FJ's on Dog the Bounty Hunter

Wish I was there playing the back 9 at KBay right now. I'll say one thing, I picked up more vehicle dings, nicks and scratches living in Hawaii than anywhere else I've been. Parking is brutal.

I could throw a rock from the house I lived in and hit the 17th green and 18th tee at the KBay golf course.
