I can just see the post now: "I barely take it offroad and then only lightly no jumping and then the service tech says the Toyota rep won't warranty it because there was dirt on the windshield and they say his word is final and I can't talk to them we need to do a class aciton my brother is a lawyer and he says...."
In the second video of kiskat, it looks like he is driving as though his pedal accidentally stuck to the floor and he was trying to slow down the vehicle by turning. I am betting this is not the case. If i was him, and i had problems with my FJ, and needed some parts warrantied, i wouldn't want that video on the web for anyone to see.
