You're welcome, the invitation is sincere!
Love the castle, looks awesome. I can almost smell the cardamom-laced coffee and jasmin smell wafting out of its walls (mixed with the smells of the desert). Absolutely gorgeous.
By the way, in the third picture, why is the fluorescent bulb set so low? Is this a waterproof setup? Looks dangerous to me, in a Darwin Award kind of way.
Well soccer here is a religion, Man these boys will run bare foot over the rocks (not me). And regarding the bulb, I think its supposed to better light up the area, but i got to agree with you, it is dangerous.

Hala Talal, I like the pics and i do miss the desert. Hows the FJ in the desert?? Do u think its better than the 70 ( Bushanab) and the capsule?? My bro has the capsule from bahwan and he is selling it for an FJ ??
Thx

Well we went out the other day from Bidieah to Ras Roias its a 250 Km of sand dunes (from your name i can tell yo know the area very well ) and it was the Fj (mine) two V8 land cruisers, a v6 land cruiser, a nissan Patrol 4.8 and a 4.0 nissan capsule and the Fj was by far the best performer in the desert (only problem was the limitation of range, since the other cars had bigger tanks), The capsule was just no match for the Fj. period.
Some of the local bedouins there came to test their 70 (Bushanab) against the Fj and I'll say that the 70 (with the latest 4.5 engine) is a tough 4x4, but I'll still say the Fj has better off road technology as it just made tackling the tough sand dunes seem easier. I hope that answers your questions.
Imagine a world without beer...Ya don't have to, It's called Utah and it sucks.
Why is it that the groups that fight tooth and nail for equal rights always want special treatment after they get it?
Everyone has the right to be made fun of!

Thats nice to hear , abt that tank, if u do alot of driving in the desert ad need more range, check out the thread : FJ Cruiser Auxiliary fuel tank
i think its gonna be pretty awesome especially that everyone is suffering from this problem..
Oh, man, that's beautiful. The scenery is stunningly similar to desert SoCal and other bits of the SouthWest, but you don't see stuff like this. Every once in a while, you hope you're going to come round a corner and find yourself in an oasis town like this. Then you realize it isn't going to happen Glad the FJC's worked out for you - can only dream of expeditioning mine anywhere close to a place as (for me) exotic (guess it's just home for you guys! )
