Vimeo FJ Channel has been created.

I've just created a Vimeo channel for all things FJ Cruiser. Vimeo is like youtube but it does not compress your video. You can even upload HD videos into it. Check out some of the samples. You'll need to register for a free account. Just pm me or email me and I'll add it to the channel.

I've added PokerDawg's excellent Pismo video and hope to add more of yours! I'm tired of low res youtube videos. Upload your videos, pm me and it's done.

Do you happen to know how you can upload a video once it is finalized on a dvdr?

That is a question for the PokerDawg. I record with my digital camera and it's easy because it's already in avi form. I'm guessing you can import from your dvdr source and process from there?

Although there is a DVD vid camera in the family (which I bought for my mom), I never played with it.

But generally, if you have a firewire OR USB port on the video camera, you should be able to output to a computer. Did your vid camera come with a computer cable?

OR

If this DVD plays in a regular computer, then there is software available to RIP the content into a computer file. Google "dvd ripper".
