Please post your location and date of possession of your FJ if you are not against the idea.
Thanks for joining, we welcome you to the 'hood!
Uh, Kal, you do know that MANY people set the date as day/month/year right?

Sooooo, Komombo, great accumulator of Sandstorm ownership statistics . . . can you tell me how many Sandstormers will be in Ouray ? Woodsman will be there. We must make a good showing.
Oh Woodsman, great gouger of tree trunks and fabricator of exquisite carpentry products that shine under halogen bulbs (wait, this is supposed to be a come back), where am I supposed to come up with such information.
I know I am going, but how do we find out who's going to Ouray? It looks like I'll be compiling a large PM list now. Why not, I'll give a try tonight if I get the time. Anything to give pleazah to ma brothah from Indianah , who by the way is a great gouger of tree trunks and........

What oscarr, you are into torture man? These are terrific pics of a swell SS, in a beautiful location, but no info as to where that location is (unless Geo OG is a place, and if so, please do tell). Can you please inform us where you reside (city/state) and date you took possession of your FJ.
BTW, are you going to Ouray? Woodsman wants to know
We must represent the Brotherhood/Sisterhood at Ouray. Now we're gonna need t-shirts . . . I wonder what color would be good ? Duh !

haha no, I lived in Del Cerro/San Carlos. I attended Patrick Henry High if that gives a better idea of my former territory.
Fifi was actually purchased at Bob Baker so she too was "born" in San Diego
I have friend that lives just North of Del Cerro (I think that's San Marcos). I know the area there fairly well, but not terribly well. It's a nice area.
Bob Baker is a good dealership, my wife bought her hotel Toyota minivan from there. I bought my FJ from Annaheim because of competitive pricing.
I was not born in San Diego, but I have spent the majority of my life here (26 years!). I like it, but it's getting very expensive and crazy congested. I am sure you know this, you've only been gone a short period of time.
Are you coming back here, or is your move to Idaho permanent?
Re: The Brotherhood/Sisterhood of the SANDSTORMS Thread
I'm going to finish school here, probably get married and then I'll decide where I want to practice (going for a Ph.D. in Psych). San Marcos is far... Del Cerro was on the "nicer" side of SDSU near Grossmont and Santee and what not. I miss it alot so I'm considering moving back in a few years. I love Idaho though....ok that was too detailed, sorry. =p

Re: The Brotherhood/Sisterhood of the SANDSTORMS Thread
Geo88 . . . that's a fine looking SS you have there. You Cail folk are always rubbing it in when you post pics of great terrain like that. All we have is mud, which I am not a big fan of, and dirt trails and there is little to none state or federal land to wheel on.
It is a good thing that I am very busy with my woodworking business right now as seeing all these Sandstorm pics makes me want to do more modding but I really don't have time to order and install the mods . . . of course, being busy gets the cash flow up so when time allows more goodies will be on the way . . . bumper, winch, tactical storage gear, rework sound system, dual battery, CAI, leather interior . . . Where will it stop ?
Komombo . . . I'll have more woodworking pics for you soon. This condo job will be done in a couple of weeks and I think you will be impressed.
