Often I see a rig/mods that I just love. It is nice to see a list of what items were added or how it was modified. Most mods I have done were copied from others - so thank you all for posting.
Here is my quick list in case somebody is interested.
Trail-Gear Rock Sliders and skid plate, BajaRack and Ladder, Rough Country 3" lift, 255/75R 17 BFG MT, Doug Thorley cat back, Cobra 29 Classic, AFE CAI, MPAC combo and pet barrier.

Hello -
Another Sandstorm checking in.
Hello hikerdad, and welcome to the SS 'Hood! From the mods you've done already, it looks like you and Lois and headed for some serious fun!
You'll be added to the list in a few seconds so you're "officially" not part of the group. This comes with responsibilities to share all the fun with us, so hurry up and get working on some new adventures .
On behalf of the whole group, welcome again .
Kal.

Re: The Brotherhood/Sisterhood of the SANDSTORMS Thread
Just bought the last vehicle I will ever own in Feb 09! I remember seeing him for the first time on the St. Albans, WV lot. My first thought was "DUDE"! It kind of stuck with him and thats been his name ever since. 08 Sandstorm.
Cool. I've seen them before, but just haven't gone that route yet.
I think we just may add that to Sandi if we decide to camp this summer....cause, if we do that, we will definitely need to put the cargo carrier on top....which we've never done yet since we got her.
So, I'm assuming you need to drill holes in the FJ somewhere along the line to get it on. Is that right?

Indeed. That's how I feel.....and we've had Sandi for over a year now. It doesn't get old, my sibling.

wvken and DUDE, welcome to you both on this 'hood! I used to think that my SS FJ would be the last vehicle I would own, but then again, what if they come out with a "badder" [sic] SS FJ, say in the year 2012? Having said this, I think the idea is correct, these are amazing trucks that are so much fun to own and play with (and judging from your avatar pic, you are there already, DUDE!).
It's good to have you, please honor us with plentiful of your future contributions of all sorts
