Thank you for the pics, I truly enjoyed going through them. Your rig look very nice overall, and seems ready for battle as well. Good job !

Just got back from 5 days in Moab.

We did:
Long Canyon
Bull Canyon
Gemini Bridges (partially)
Poison Spyder Mesa
Golden Spike (partially)
Hells Revenge (again)

I'll add some more pics when i get them downloaded later...

Will hopefully have the All Pro bumpers/sliders and new wheels here in the next couple weeks, now that the stockers all took a pretty good beating on Poison Spyder/Golden Spike.
Wow, nice picture there! The only time I have ever been to Moab, was when I visited for a mountain biking weekend (I did not have my FJ back then, many years ago). I would very much like to visit and wheel that area soon, the vistas and terrain are all incredible for ground-based adventures (biking, wheeling, etc.), although summer months can be oppressively hot.

Cheers, and thanks for sharing

Sounds like we'll need to work up a trip. Some of Kokopelli trip crew would probably be up for another round as well.

Re: The Brotherhood/Sisterhood of the SANDSTORMS Thread

Since someone started a myspace thread that turned to facebook, I figured we need a Sandstorm FJ Cruiser group.

Ladies and gentlemen of the Sandstorm Brotherhood/Sisterhood, I offer you The Official Facebook Sandstorm FJ Cruiser Group!

Please join so I don't have to be the admin of an empty group.

Hey, Father Kal...
Sorry, but I totally missed it somehow, but what are "Honorary Sandstorms"?

1)...I want a lift badly, right now! But I'm "all about the Hamilton's" (cause that's all I got right about now)!
Now that BellyDoc has a seat in the King of the Hammers (see the details
here), you'll soon see the link to his adventure thread here.

Honorary sandstorms are the original vehicles with the SS color; nothing fancy, just honoring the originals for their beauty (sentimental or not) and functionality.

Yeah, Nicole and I are sad as well, heartbroken I tell you, but we cannot leave town whatsoever. Next year though, unless we're semi dead or bankrupt, you can bet we'll be there, and enjoy it all twice as much .

Understandable.
If at all possible, we'll come out there in the mean time, but not looking likely.
