CU is probably Clemson (sp?) University.... not Colorado. good call people!

That is a Colorado Buffalo License placard. Yes definately not in Colorado, and also Colorado requires front and rear license plates. Might a fan or just a CU alumni.

Definitely CU, but the wheels point to SE and Montgomery AL fits the bill
