Head on down to Kewalo Basin. Little bit past Ala Moana shopping center, right next to Ala Moana beach park. Plenty on charter boats down there. I'm sure one will hook you up. Good luck.

That's all really, really impressive. I'm going deep sea fishing this summer, but off the coast of Maryland, nothing like your experience. But I'm really looking forward to it anyway.
