Mod's and warranty?

how much can you mod and still maintain your warranty. for example; I have a spacer lift kit in front and planning to install this week the rear, does that void the whole thing or just the suspencion parts?

all things will be covered unless they can PROVE damage was a DIRECT result of the aftermarket parts
