every right turn causes interior lights

every right turn causes interior lights to come on and the open door indicator light on the dash. really annoying at night , any ideas ?

There's a short somewhere... sounds like maybe a wire loose to one of the door sensors

I would run to the stealer. A short could damage something else, too.
My aftermarket alarm shop screwed up my ECU, luckly Toyota replaced it with no problem.

Simple solution....Only make left turns?

Sounds like the door flexes just the right way on a right hand turn to activate the door open sensor. I would guess a sensor adjustment is needed or a loose connection or connector.

I have the same issue. Thought it might be a door sensor or rear window mechanism. I didnt take mine in so I can't offer a solution, but I will take it in soon. Possible recall???? Mine comes on sometimes driving straight. Weird.
