I went into the shop on Saturday and had the new service manager do a ride along with me. He noted the wheel was about 12 degrees off center and he stated that he would fix that.
Isn't 12 degrees quite a bit off for an alignment? Last time I went in, I was only off by 3 degrees and already noticed a pull to the right.

mine was off so bad that toyota had to give me new front tires twice under warranty because the "strait alignment" messed up the tires. and it leans like a *****!

so dude told me the left caster was hella off, causing the left pulling.
thats the thing, mines dead on after three alignments! same specs each time and it still pulls to the right. Same problem, had it aligned at Toyota and firestone twice. tires have already been under warranty once and then again tomorrow. this is a Toyota problem for sure. not to mention mine leans to the left.
