I have about 10K miles on my 07 FJ.... it had 4 alignments done to it and 5 tire rotations and yet it still pulls to the right. I don't do any off roading nor am I hard on the truck... What gives? I am tired of having to constantly correct my headings... I've been in beater cars that require no correction for a mile on a straight road...
As always... Any help or a recommendation is appreciated.

Not a diss by any means but is this your first car?
I only ask because I went through the same thing on my first truck almost 20 years ago. It pulled to the right when im fact it was just following the grade of the road.
On my Tacoma, if I let go of the wheel on the road it will go right almost all the time.
I seem to recall that I saw some discussion regarding a Toyota service bulletin regarding 07's and pulling to the right, on the forum a while back.
Eliminating the usual factors (alignment, crown of the road, tire pressure equalization, etc.), your 07 could possibly need correction as per the bulletin. Try a search on the forum for 'service bulletin' or something along those lines, and you might find some discussion about it.

This is not my first car/truck... I've owned everything from a 1997 VR4 Spyder to a 2000 MR2 Spyder... Dodge Ram to Jeep Wrangler... I have had countless company cars from a Grand Am to a Magnum and pretty much everything else in between. I know that things will never be 100% but after 4 alignments you would think they would be at 95 - 97.5%. I take my hand off of the wheel and 5 seconds later I am in another lane.
All of my tires are filled with nitrogen and monitored.

Ugh... If it drifts that quickly Id be looking at the tires. Are they new tires?
Did you try taking it to another place. I had Discount Tire mount new tires on my old FJ. They couldnt get the vibration out. I took it to another Discount Tire (that was quite a bit older) and they said they knew what to do. Evidently Toyota 4x4s take a little extra attention.
That is true about Toyota 4x4's. I've heard it as well........and since I had my tires rotated, now I have a steering wheel shimmy again! Got an appointment with Discount this afternoon. This is getting old........brand new vehicle with constant wheel shimmey's and no one want's the blame.
