FJ Crusier Paint falling off

My 2007 FJ Crusier is 11month and 11,000 miles of road use ,and I have a different looking FJ. after every car wash.
The so Called Factory rep. played with the hood protector and said we don't repair stone chips. Toyota of USA stands by her call 100%.

Sorry to hear that, I seem to catch a bunch of stones and gravel behind all these construction trucks! Been to the dealer twice and they did some minor touch up for me once! My damage is caused by the conditions not the factory paint!
