piece comes loose

During some rough riding a (plastic?) trim of the FJ's body came loose.. and rattles until you push it back in place...but now it comes loose almost every ride.... it's the little "square" joining piece between my right door, windshield and hood.. anyone else noticed this too?

Is that the part where the antenna sticks out? If it is you must have hit a few tree branches with your antenna. Make sure the antenna mount still sits straight if it doesnt that piece will always comes off. That corner piece is held with a few plastic clips you might want to check if the clips are still in tact.

Thumbs up Re: piece comes loose

I've noticed that every time I take my FJ Cruiser off road, I have a loose nut behind the wheel...LOL

Re: piece comes loose

the same piece that flew of when i hit the garbage dumpster last week. it's not plastick, is metal. it has 4 plastic clips. all you gotta do is contact your dealer and order the clips. check it out first , maybe they are just not properly snapped in place.

Any chance you can get a pic to post? I love pictures...much more impact/connection to the problem.
