Bouncey front Hood

Is there away to adjust the Hood? It seems if I could close it about 3/16 tighter then it would not bounce. Is there away to adjust it? Thanks.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Yep, you can adjust the two round rubber bushings shown in the attached photo to keep the hood from bouncing.

Thanks Thong for the reply. I'll check that. I was getting spooked, thinking that my hood might swing up and plow into the window on the 5 fwy last week. The latch looks OK.

Check the cross supports on the hood too. I have heard of a few cases where the epoxy they used to connect them to the hood has not held up.
