CV Boot
So I got some new BFG AT's yesterday (285's), and went down to the alignment shop that Discount Tire suggested and the guy noted that my CV Boot was torn. They quoted $372 to replace but I decided to check out the dealer option. So after making a couple of trips between the house and discount tire to get the 315 Mickey's home I pulled into the dealer for an oil change and asked them about it. Turns out since I was only 52 miles over the 36K warranty period they agreed to replace it under warranty. Note I did not even buy the rig there and they still are taking care of it. Good experience and another reason we have 2 Toyota's in the garage. Well maybe two not sure the FJ will fit yet.
