Dude I am in the same boat as you for tires. Looking for the same set in MT's. No matter how hard I look, the best deal I can not beat is still Americas Tire store. Discount Tire, Custom Wheels, Truck & Car Rims | Discount Tire Co.. Tirerack is way more $$$ once you factor in shipping. Doubt they will do you a deal on your stock tires. I have been networking with friends to find out if they may have a buddy who works at a tire shop to pass along a discount and offer up a pack of beer for a better deal to the guy. I know tire stores make about 30% profit on tires. If you want to try Toyo. Gordon tire in Garden Grove has the best prices. Thier retail price includes all the other add on stuff. Where as A.T.S. charges a small discount off retail then you pay extra for the valves, mounting, and all dat jazz and they try to get you on an extended warranty.

Re: best tire deals?

I bought my Wrangerl MtR's and moto metals 16's at America's Tire Store.
5 285X75 16's and 5 wheels, with locks for just under 2100.00 That was in Hemet in January. I could not find anyone close.

Plus that included road hazzard and free balance and rotation for the life of the tire. Promised that off road tires are covered for side wall damage. I would not bring them in with a rock sticking in them though.

So far a little over 6 thousand miles on them and all are working fine. Pretty quiet to.

Re: best tire deals?

My neighbor worked for tucker tire so i have always purchased my tires from them. they have great customer service, i have brought in a tire on two seperate occasions that were flat and needed to be plugged and they did it free of charge and one of the tires were my stock tires. Good guys and worth checking out.
