Re: I Spotted you in SOCAL Thread

I saw a ton of FJs today, but only one standout. There was an all blue one Northbound on the 405 around Wilshire today (Sunday), 10:30am-ish. When I say all blue, it had the roof painted to match the rest, no roof rack. ...nice looking rig.

Anyone here?

Re: I Spotted you in SOCAL Thread

Yesterday on the onramp to the northbound 405 at Sherman way, saw a all black cherry (roof too) being loaded onto a flatbed... looked like a ball joint or tie rod failed maybe? The front driver wheel was tilted inward at the top.. Also might have had an aftermaket roof rack, with rear lights...Only saw it for a second so couldn't much more info on it, but was it somebody on here?

Re: I Spotted you in SOCAL Thread

cruising around all of orange county last week in a rented maxima, but I saw several very distinct FJs. I saw the Al-Eds FJ at the huntington store, I saw a Black one, with a Big round number badge on the front doors on the PCH around newport. ( can't remember the number, but it stood out) more than a dozen FJs lifted and outfitted, and way too many to count that were driven by young women. The FJ is apparently a very popular ride in socal. I hated not having mine with me, but I was told that in wouldn't fit in the overhead compartment on the Delta 757...

Re: I Spotted you in SOCAL Thread

I Spotted a well lifted VDB with highlift and ax and shovel on the roof rack with black stellies/mudders and a lift higher in the front than the rear with a TRD exhaust heading south on PCH in Long beach on Fiday night @ 6:00pm

Saturday afternoon in the Newport/CDM area on PCH heading south around 5:30 pm. SFY with lift and black rims. No other mods noticed, no rack.

Then at 5:50pm spotted a VDB with 2 guys in it on Main street in HB near the pier at a 4 way stop. I honked and flashed my hi-beems. They did not even look at me. Something about having a modded FJ and honking at a stock ride does us no justice it seems. OFW!
