Just wondering if anyone had a favorite SoCal trail guide? Here are the titles I've found:

I want to pick one up sometime soon, so do you guys have these and which are your favorites?

Mine is The Anza-Borrego Desert Region by Lowell and Diana Lindsay.

I have the first and 3rd one that you listed. Wasn't too impressed with the first one. I had trouble following it. Maybe it'll be easier if I had a GPS.

i think the maps in it SUK. interesting reading about local info, and a decent supplement to much better maps...
