Any good wheeling around Woodland Hills?

I'm considering getting another FJ for offroading again, but wondering if there's anything good around the Woodland Hills area?
Are there many meets up this way or is it all back in the IE?

Santa Clarita area stuff is probably your closest. Rowher flats, Frazier Park, etc. There are several trails out that way.

Re: Any good wheeling around Woodland Hills?

The locations CADavebert mentions are all about an hour away. The Gorman exit off the 5 FWY is full of things to do including Hungry Valley.

Azusa Canyon OHV is closer at about 45 minutes or less.

Fairly often. I've been on a couple in this area in the past month. At the top of the Socal Regional forum, there's a 'sticky' thread. The first post has a schedule of events, including runs, for all of SoCal. It's at the top, and green. It is ALWAYS up to date. FJamming is addicted to the forum. Here's a link too.

As a mater of fact, we have one to Hungry Valley on the 19th of this month.

Hey there! Good to see you back. I was disappointed to see you go, but I understand. Very glad to see you interested again.

No pressure! Ok, you made me check to see if it's up-to-date.

Hey Fjamming

Yeah, I'm considering coming back heheh... It's been a few months since I've been offroading and tearing stuff up. I wish the White 08 FJ would be out sooner; white is looking killer.

Tell me about it. The best part, less pin stripping.
