Thumbs up Re: Meet and Greet IV?

Thanks for the responses! Sounds like fun. I've been involved in a car club previously (Mustangs) even became a officer but that tied up just a little too much time. And my Mustang meet with unexpected demise. Which is how I ended up with the FJ (already wanted a 4X4 of some kind for a while).

Anyways I'm 90% sure I'll make the morning with my 2 boys, but alas basketball, and the fact that it's my wife's birthday won't allow for anything else. Less I'll be sleeping in my FJ (just kidding).

So I'l have to keep my eyes open for other gatherings.

Thanks for the trail info Jim (Teotwaki).
If Azusa Canyon is a "no-go" how about a poll on the main choices of trail runs. Something like:

1. Lytle Creek easy run (optional pavement run over to Silverwood/Arrowhead Lakes)
2. Cleghorn easy option
3. Cleghorn hard options
4. 2N17 after Cleghorn

Azusa is a no-go. Just confirmed with ranger station. It won't be open for at least another month due to high waters.

That list looks pretty good. Let's have a sign up at for the trails at the Meet and Greet as people check in? Depending on time, some poeple may want to extend the run from Cleghorn into Arrowhead? Lytle Creek folks can also swing over via 138 and join the Cleghorn group for the extended run? Just tossing ideas out there. I'll put up a poll.

I may have to park offsite for a quick getaway. Celebrating my son's B-Day with the family clear across town. We would rather hang out with forum members and possibly hit a trail with you but wife made the B-Day plans. I know you mentioned that there will be 100 parking spots available for us. With the amount of RSVP, getting out to make it back to my hood in time might be a challenge. We will be there for sure just need to cut out early.
