Rincon Shortcut Open Again?

Hey,

Earlier this year I tried going through the shortcut but found that it is closed until sometime in February for Edison work. Does anyone know if it is open again? Also, anyone happen to know when the 'guard shack' by the OHV area closes? I am trying to get up the shortcut tomorrow, and need the lock combo, but cant head out there until later in the afternoon.

I called last week and the recording said Azusa and Rincon were still closed.
