Re: L.A Urban Offroading

Hey Guys,

What do you do once you exit? Make a right and go east? or go west? If i can figure out where this is i might go next weekend to check it out.

Great find, and thanks for the help!

Re: L.A Urban Offroading

I went up there this past sunday and saw several FJ's in the area, but no one else besides me up there.

Coming from LA, you want to take the 110 north and get off of Ave 60 and go left. You'll pass Monterey and go up a hill. After a few stop signs make a right on Collis Ave. Keep an eye out on your left hand side and look for an opening where there is no gate (it might be Burr St) and go up. Make a left and you'll be looking at the hill in picture #6 of the first post.

This was my first time taking the FJ off a paved road so I don't have anything to base it from. Very fun though, and a great view of the area.

Re: L.A Urban Offroading

i did a 40 both up and down in my FJ a week after I got her....my seat looked like alligator leather with all the pucker marks in the seat. Climbed out and took a pic and showed wife...she said..>THAT DOES NOT LOOK STEEP. So I took her there the next day...she was screaming like a schoolgirl on the rollercoaster that has to pee!

LMMFAO ahahahahahahaha
