L.A Urban Offroading

I found this trail a couple of weeks ago by accident. The trail is off Ave 60 off the 110 Pasadena Freeway. The trail borders the mountain and offers various trails about 2 miles worth. The view is amazing of downtown L.A.The hills are fun to climb 60-70 degree grade. We had to swtich the Dif Lock on one of the hills on Sunday in Geo's FJ.We can even plan a 1 Hour Quick Run for the LA peeps.

Re: L.A Urban Offroading

Great find. Is it past the barrier on the google street view? Street just ends onto a trail?

Re: L.A Urban Offroading

NICE but be careful!! I was told my a cop friend if you go on MANY of these closes trails you CAN get your car impounded! that is if it is suppose to be closed.

Allot of the time young guys go bust the locks and take them then people use the trail unknowing its ILlegal...

So to be safe I would talk to local cops and see if this is a legal trail.

Are you sure about the 70 deg. angles? I may have to change my avatar!

Maybe he meant 70 grade angle? Otherwise that is pretty steep
