recommend a place to wheel this Monday?

can someone recommend a place for me and my inexperienced friends to explore this Monday?

Our group of trucks include my trail teams, a vehicross, chevy z71 pickup, and a 4x2 xterra.

Any ideas?

Re: recommend a place to wheel this Monday?

There is the North Main Divide that is fun. For a tad bit more fun you can do a road called Rough Road that is off the South Main Divide just before you enter into Wildomar on the left side. There is some nice Antenna arays there as well to see. All is very 2wd friendly

Main Divide Road - Santa Ana Mountains, CA

Re: recommend a place to wheel this Monday?

The Big Bear Lake area and Holcomb Valley is always a nice run. The roads are graded so there is zero challenge unless you want to take some detours from the main road that take you into more challenging areas. The elevation is also higher so the heat won't be unbearable. The only problem with going out on Labor Day is that everybody else will be there with you.
