Re: exhaust manifold

Give Air2air a call and see if he still has his stockers laying around somewhere.

Alright Dom. What happened?

Removal of my DT ypipe turned into a big problem = 4 gaskets and a never ending exhaust leak. And instead of garage-fixing what is wrong with it i'd rather replace it.

It's one of "How the ____ did that just happen!?" moments.

Well, the studs that were there, to bolt the stock mid section of piping to the manifold, are no longer there. In the process of removing the DT y pipe, both stud's snapped off.

NO, i was not cross threading them. Then i was about to remove the passenger side, and they are going to snap if i attempt to remove it. I don't know how the blank this happened.

And NO threadlock/loctite was ever applied.
