Are there any plans for a weekend get together? I got buried in with work during the flu season, but now that things are slowing down I have a bit more time on my hands.
I'm in OKC bought my FJ a couple of weeks ago at Bob Howard. Titanium with 3" OME lift, BFG 285/70-17 and ARB front bumper. Hope to wheel with you all sometime.
Hey I am a good ol Texas boy headed to Ft Sill for the next 7 weeks, you Okies got anything going on or am I gonna have to drive my a$$ back to Dallas every weekend to find something to do. Just playin but trying to link up with amybody to go wheelin, drinking, or wheelin and drinking with. I am up for whatever if anybody is interested. I may even buy the first round if anybody is interested. Thanks Jake.

I remember seeing your fj on the used lot. Nice truck. I heard the previous owner had about $5000 in add-ons.
yo....lunch thingie sounds great to me......if you guys want to do a easy run leets meet in ponca city and do some world famous head country BBQ....take a run over thru the tall grass prairie....stop in at the nature conservatory....look at the buffalo/bison....come back to ponca and get on the river at my place....look for arrowheads...fish...hike...etc....family fun...

River Runner, you still want to host a run to Ponca and around your land? If so, how about one of these upcoming weekends? I cannot go on the 18th but am open for several other weekends including the 11th.
If it can happen, let's start putting it together.

I'm now in Oklahoma for two weeks - SW of tulsa about 75 miles. Does anybody want to go wheeling tomorrow or next Saturday?
UPDATE - NO LONGER AVAILAIBLE ON WEEKENDS...
Does anybody know of a good windshield installer in Tulsa - preferably with FJ windshield installation experience? I now have two huge cracks on the top and driver side... They're both my fault, but I must say that an automobile windshield should be much tougher than this... Argh! I have zero-deductible replacement insurance - I'll just deal with it... such is the life of an FJ owner...
Best I could tell, there were three Oklahoma FJs at the 2008 Summit. Mine and another from Edmond--we met for the first time in Ouray and another from the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area.
It was great and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to drive in the mountains.
