Re: Ashamed of my Region

At least you have a region. I keep looking for other members in my area. I think three people from the state have ever signed up.

Re: Ashamed of my Region

I should have a trip to report on soon. I'm the chase/recovery vehicle for a group of motorcycles/scooters doing the Arkansas stretch of the Trans-America Trail this weekend.

Oh, and it doesn't help that Texas also has it's own forum.

Re: Ashamed of my Region

I took a look at the threads per region and found that Texas is NOT ashamed.

Things to point out:

-Texas is actually counted in the South West Forum also.
-Most people do not post in the Regional forums.
-The vast majority of threads are created in General Discussion, 4x4 Off Road Performance Tech, and Off Topic.

Texas should not be included on the ashamed list as we are number two nationally and internationally. We are statistically just barely behind California in number of threads created when compared to population.

Taking a closer look at the two top Thread Creating Regions and their population, you can see that the difference is somewhat insignificant.

Please do not continue to include Texas in the "we suck" category. Don't mess with Texas.....hahaha

Hey DThorn 9410, come on up to North Central Arkansas and I will cruise with you in the beautiful Ozarks. Especially if you bring Paul Thorn and his band. Lets party. Troutman

I live in Plano, Texas! Do you know where I can off-road near my home?

Yeah, you might get beaten into submission with a power point presentation.

Just kidding. I bow to the power of Texas. One of BYU's best QB's came over from Texas.
