Well, I would love to come (not to black out anything...the wife says no) and just help and hang out but I will be out of town on the 30th. You guys have fun and take pictures.
Man, I have painted the stuffin out of this house in the last 2 months. Ralph Lauren is here!!!! Long John Red is our focal wall paint in several places and Tack Room White is on the ceilings. Slowly but surely, I am working my way around!!! Tell your company you need to come see a job in progress. You can take pics, hang with us and have FUN!!!

Re: Hurricane Cruiser Paint Mod Day

Actually, I am not going out of town on business. I am going out of town on my twice a year guys weekend golf trip. It just so happens that it's my boss who arranges this trip. We now have 14 guys that go on our trip. We play golf on Sat and Sun and we get drunk and rowdy playing cards all night on Fri and Sat nights.
As for the house, I will come see it. All you have to do is call in a "customer complaint". j/k

Now that sounds like a GOOD time!!! You betcha, you are going to see this work in progress. You need to come over with your wife and boys. They can swim (the boys) and we can hang out!!!!

Re: Hurricane Cruiser Paint Mod Day

I would not mind coming out to supervise
I dont need any thing on my rig painted ,I just cover the bumps up with stickers
though the 2 ,as of now, I got Sunday out on the trail will not be easy to cover up
pulled a huge hunk out of the tread on 1 tire and just noticed that I did get a little close to a tree on the passenger side
I am going to blame the slightly bent fender and the really scuffed flair on Greg ,he was in the passenger seat
The tire may be his fault too ,he was having as much fun as me climbing some of those hills

Don't let the mirrors scare you! I will be more than glad to help with them. But it is super easy....get a thin, long flat blade screw driver and wrap the end in electrical tape to keep from scratching anything. Angle the mirror straight up and insert the screwdriver between the mirror and the housing in the center at the bottom until it won't go any further. Twist the screwdriver and the mirror will begin to "snap" off. Then just pull it off and you're ready to change them bulbs!!
