Wait, so now you are moving north again??

I remember you talking about it a while back. Then, i thought you had said that maybe fell through and were going to be staying now.

Jason, good luck on your prospect for the new year! More $$$, better opportunity is always a no-brainer. Sorry I missed this last meet and greet - and right in my backyard! I've been very busy with both work and family. We just got back from Orlando. 10+ hours in the FJC is kinda tight but we had almost all our gear on the roof thanks to the light bar. Hope to see some FJC's (and you too Jason) at Big Easley this weekend > LA4x4 Christmas Party and Christmas Ride - Louisiana Off-Roader's Forum. Happy Holidays!

Re: Huuricane Cruisers Dec 7th ACME M&G Check-In

Thanks. I was just curious about the FJ Cruiser club.

I know the miata club has monthly meets and drives, I didnt know if the FJ Cruiser club did the same type of things.

If there were some non-mud trails to learn about off-road driving I would be interested. I don't look forward to getting stuck in mud when I don't know what I'm doing.

Welcome!!! as Jason said, we are a pretty informal bunch. We have quite a few new members that are from South Louisiana and I have been PMing back and forth with another guy that was asking about the same types of things as you.

As for a website that is just for the Hurricanes, well you are on it for now. I, personally just don't have the time to devote to setting up more organized Hurricane stuff right now. Not an excuse but I have started my own business and it is sapping the energy out of me right now. Not to mention, I am a Mod here, so the forum also sapps energy so my family gets the leftovers. Not that they are complaining. I am just stating the facts.

If you would like to take the Hurricanes to a more organized level, I am sure we would all love the attention.

Thanks!!!

Oh yeah, I had a Miata but my FJ killed it.......
