Atlanta FJ beginners trail ride?

I was thinking of organizing a real ride (trails)

Would you all be interested in some basic instruction on how to wheel safely, recovery, picking lines, spotting, etc?

I would be willing to try and organize something if we got enough people together. Since the place I have in mind is private I would need to charge a bit of money to cover the cost of entry, but everything else (my time, instruction, etc) would just be for the fun of it.
i'd be interested in this, it's been a long time since ive been on a trail and even then we never really paid much attention to safety, oh the days of youth....

i'll start a new thread called

Atlanta FJ beginners trail ride.

Yeah, count me in. I've been on the trail with Dan a couple times--my first instruction was from him. He's really great with explaining the technical aspects of wheeling and can show you what your FJ is capable of.

msduncan--you can try, but I doubt you will leave a mark!

I don't think Dan has a date yet, waiting for a reasonable show of interest to see if it is viable. The more people committed, the cheaper it will be, since the money will go to cover cost of use of the PRIVATE property.

Msduncan and I are not the same person!
We both have FJs
We are both named Scott
We are the same age
We both live just south of Birmingham
Both of our wife's have family from the same one horse town in Florida
We both love Alabama football
We both like to run dogs when we hunt.

Never mind. We might be twins!
