Just telling you the facts about how the Toyota system works. Obviously your friend "ordered" from a dealer that doesn't know the system or it was before our order system was revamped in '04. I am a sales manager and I was merely offering a suggestion to those who want a "special" order FJC. If you have a better way then do it and have fun. You obviously no more about the Toyota order process than I do.

Obviously it isn't sinking in because the only thing listed on the boards is "I can only get what is coming in to Southeast Toyota." With most dealers this will probably be the case because somebody will buy it no matter what is has on it. If you want to order one find a decent dealer that will take the time to order it. It can be done.

I feel yer frustration bro and agree with it even though yer venting is misguided I understand I am the most logical target. Kinda like yellin at the ticket guy at the theater over the price, he knows it sucks too bro.

Sorry about referring to Buyatoyota for inventory search. They were supposed to launch this at the same time as the first allocation. I have a note into them to find out when this will be launched. I will update once I hear back.

whether i always like what you say matters not. what does matter is that you often bring things to the table. what i cant stand is when dudes start new threads about things that have already been discussed at great length in other postings. get what YOU want. c'mon...........even the bald guy knows this is stupid.
