My wife and I plan on doing some wheeling and camping out at Eglin AFB and we thought some of you kind folks would like to join us for some fun! Check out the trails, and pics, that we can travel here : West Eglin Wheelin Weekend
No you don't have to be military or have base stickers to access the reservation, just a recreational pass, which I have taken care of already (we're using mine).
We will be meeting up with anyone who chooses to come along at the pit area right off Hwy 87, (N30 33 26.79 W86 55 10.03) at 10am. Bring a picnic for the trail. I'll be setting camp that evening by 6pm, where depends on number of people staying the night. Camp sites are primative.
Post up if you wanna come!

Same here, if we had just a little more lead time we probably could make it. And it looks like fun.

Same here again Just got back to the east coast and would need a few weeks before the wifey would permit another trip west. Late June/Early July and I would be all over that!
Nice pics in the old thread, BTW.
Regards,
Alphonse

Shut up Christian I have plans that I cant cancel! If I see a bunch of you getting this going I will be forced to change them. I will be easily coaxed with a little more lead time. Karl
That looks like fun, but we are headed to Hiltin Head this weekend. If you go later this summer post it up. We love to camp but I'm still stock on the FJ. Looks like I won't have much trouble though.
