Morris Mountain... Anyone up for a day trip? - - DATES - -

If you haven't been to (or heard of) Morris Mountain ORV, you should check it out: Home It's 90 miles due west (straight out 20) of Atlanta. While the trail system isn't nearly as extensive as say Tellico or Paragon, it has a very cool "feature" that most of the other ORVs don't have - bypasses.

Sure, you can bypass the actual obstacle (Guardrail) on trail 11 at Tellico - but the trail is still rated "extreme". At MM, a stock truck can wheel with a tube rig all day and just take the bypasses (some obstacles have 3 options - you don't have to commit to a certain level and deal with it for the rest of the day. This makes it perfect for a group of FJs! Mine's stock - Dave's, Rick's... not so stock. And, it's only 90 minutes from Atlanta.

They're booked the next couple of weekends (rented out by clubs) but mid-July on looks good. Anyone up for a day trip?

Mark

bypasses? isn't that why you bought an fj? so you don't have to bypass?

30 bucks for the weekend, hell thats worth the drive up from Tampa, we should have the fl fjs and the atl fjs meet up and have a weekend trip where you all can show us that GA terrain.

I'm free for the weekends so far after this coming one. Just give me a date and write it in.
