Time to call the paintless dent removal guys. I had them work on my last vehicle, and I could not believe how effective they were (my car had a deep gouge on the corner between trunk and fender, a very tricky place to adjust). It will not fix the paint of course, but it may make the dent look a lot less obvious. It's worth a try for a couple hundred bucks or so. Just a thought
