if that is the hill I think it is I am sooooo mad I was not there. I tried climbing it once and did not make it. Paul, is this the same one?

Looks like you guys had a blast.

Can't wait to get freed up and be able to go wheelin again!
Yes I believe Paul did mention your inability to successfull ascend or descend that particular track of realestate! Can't wait for ya to get back (I'll probably be going out west again by the time you make it back to FL with our luck). I am sure Paul has some great shots from yesterday. That place is awesome.. K

How in the world did you guys make it up that hill!
I would never have done it if Karl did not do it first! But really, once I got up there quite a bit it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. lol Plus the reverse lip that was there at the top when we were there was gone! Whew!

Coming down was way scarier (I am glad you know how nasty it is because my crappy photography doesn't do it justice.
Yeah we thought Karl was going to have to do the "Give it the gas, to prevent roll over" mode on the way down, when one rear wheel started to come up! That is why I did not come back down. I am a wus!

Nope, Corey! We never even got back that far when we went! The one you are talking about, we all three went up. Karl, Corey is talking about the last hill we did with the tree right at the top right. The one where Josh and J was yelling, Turn Left, turn Left at the top.. lol That is the one Corey could not do! lol

When I did this hill, I slid down almost into a tree once so the last time, it was, I am going over no matter what!

Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!

I am just checking the photos. But I did more wheeling and did not concentrate on shooting this time. So no guarantees!

One Last THING! It seems I snagged a tree or something somewhere? My previous scar has a extra NEW indention pushed into the door right above it! I sure don't remember hitting anything!

Arrrrgggg!!!

BTW, Thanks, again Josh and J!

Re: Touch of Tellico in the Sunshine State!

Just raggin on ya...that incline in and of itself is non-forgiving. I was so afraid of blowing out my rear diff I decided against it. I needed more momentum to top it and didn't really give it a good go...not to mention when I contemplated it Paul said "I think a Jeep went head over heels about five times here"...that was the end of my thinking about it. There was a really severe depression just at the top of the incline with a root that wasn't a good exit situation. I couldn't be happier that you put your name on it though because you are almost stock; and after all anyone who put a stock FJ through lower 2 @ Tellico should have rights to all unconquered obstacles.
Here's to ya!

Re: Touch of Tellico in the Sunshine State!

I did not really shoot that many!
Throwing rocks Everywhere!

Up and over the top!

See I Made it!

Let's Root him on! He climbed up this steep section even though it had lots of tree roots making it very hard to not slip and slide.

Josh with his Gray TJ made it up this hill farther than any one else!

We saw this Land Crusier using a winch to pull his rig to the side to not tear up any more of his LC. He already had lost his mirror.

Karl then banged up these rocks to get into another extreme spot!

Possible body damage finally stopped Karl from this tricky exit!

You have no idea. For this state it is definetly the most extreme I have come across. Yes you should come so you can take pix and really see what your rig will do. K
