Question Off-road places in Georgia?

Hi I'm from South Florida and I'm planning to go to Georgia anytime soon!! I will like to know which place I can go to offroad. I'm looking a place to ride hills, rocks, mountains. I'm tired of mud and water. I'm looking for something different. So, if you can give me some information that would be great. Thanks.

Re: Off-road places in Georgia?

Not much available right now. Beasley Knob in Blairsville is closed for the winter. Almost everything else is verboten (private or protected Gov't land). Tellico in Murphy, NC is closed for the winter.

Morris Mtn ORV Park in Heflin, Alabama is probably the closest thing we have to GA that is not closed. The Gulches ORV park in Laurens, SC is not too far either.

Oops. Forgot about River Rock ORV in Milledgeville. Much closer to FL.
