Re: (Planning) Another Florida Build Day!!!!!!

Sounds great! I've been putting off the OEM Toyota hitch install for too long. And I'm handy with a wrench, if someone needs an extra set of hands for their project.

Cool deal. I just bought an OME medium lift that will be here on Tuesday the 19 and some Hankook dynapro MT's to fill up the wheel well.

Re: (Planning) Another Florida Build Day!!!!!!

Is there a date set yet. I would be in for sure since I have no suspension experience at all.

No date set yet. And I will put you in the lift section.

Re: (Planning) Another Florida Build Day!!!!!!

hey front leveling and Spidertraxs spacers just came in today! haha I'll be bouncing off the front skid plate a little less and be a little harder to roll!

put me down on the breather mods list.

...and if one you guys putting on an OME lift don't care to keep your factory 4x4 springs
I'll take em off your hands and give the pre-runner a sweet 2" factory lift with them!

Count me in, I've got air tools with a portable compressor i can bring and even a mig welder if anyone wants to do a little choppin!

Re: (Planning) Another Florida Build Day!!!!!!

sounds good....

I'll be honest, I skimmed most of the thread.... But.. say we want to go with one of the mods, for me likely the OME Lift: Where/what actual lift materials should we get?

I know I know.... hold back the laughter...

Would some of these tools only be available if the build was at your house?
Yes - CNC and the some of the electrical stuff, but I live in an apartment. I've got a garage, but only a single.

If the build was closer it'd be easy to take trips over, but I can't imagine doing it all in the parking lot.

I might be all over that mig welder, I've been meaning to do a few things involving steel brackets.
