Re: Charlotte, NC area meet and greet

We are off to a good start. I will be there with my fiance and my daughter. So I guess that makes six so far. I am looking forward to it.

Should we bring food? Shake a few trees? Me and my better-half-and-a-half(she's pregnant) plan on being there!

Re: Charlotte, NC area meet and greet

I'll be bring charcoal for the grill and the necessary stuff to cook with. I figure if everybody brings their own food to grill that would be best. I will have chips and stuff along with a cooler full of drinks. No alcohol. It is not permitted within the park. So, if anyone else wants to bring some other food that is great. Can't wait to see everyone.

Re: Charlotte, NC area meet and greet

I don't know if there are any going on elsewhere. There aren't any trails at Crowders Mountain. This is just a cookout kinda thing. There is however hiking trails and such.

Re: Charlotte, NC area meet and greet

I've been to Crowders. It's a nice place for hiking up the mountain, for a good workout.

If its for this weekend, I'll be heading to my niece's graduation in Orlando, Florida.
I won't be able to be there this time.

Re: Charlotte, NC area meet and greet

I just bought a used 07FJ and looks like I missed these meets. I hope to see you some of you around. I work in uptown Charlotte and I've occasionally seen a full black TRD leaving uptown during rush hour....could this have been you, "FJ LE"?
