Crabtree Falls Virginia trail day trip

There's a thread going in the General Discussion section about a trail ride happening in Va on Saturday, October 10th. Just wanted to post here to allow as many as possible to know about the outing. This will be my first "off road" excursion. Check out the thread and come join us. rog
Oh, yeah, the thread is titled, "crabtree falls virginia".

Me and some friends from Richmond are planning on heading there the following weekend. We cannot do the 11th, but if you could hold out a week you could have a bigger group.

That's the only time in my life I got sick off alcohol. That was in '77. I STILL can't stand to smell the stuff. I've found plenty of substitutes though.

Where will you be camping? I'm staying at Montebello Campin' & Fishin' Hole.
BTW, if you could see my driveway, you'd think my cherry was popped a long time ago.

I didn't know there were any others nearby. If you find something that's not a million miles away, let me know. I'm not dead set on staying at the "Montebello Fish Resort and Casino". Although at the price they charge per night for camping, I think they offer room (tent) service with a continental breakfast. I know I'd better get a chocolate morsel on my bed when the maid turns it down.
