Question Southwest dealers

Hey guys,

I live in TX but considering all the hoopla regarding our distributors, I am considering going to New Mexico to buy an FJ.

Which dealers in New Mexico are you guys using? Or, which ones are worth the drive, really what I'm asking?

I'm thinking I could go snowboarding at the end of the season and come home in a new FJC....think that would be the best Ski trip ever....

Re: Southwest dealers

I went with Karl Malone Toyota in Albuquerque. They accepted a $500 deposit, sell at MSRP, and I was #4 on the list as of two weeks ago. This was after we tried American Toyota, also in Albuquerque- They wanted a non-refundable $5000 deposit and I would have been #14 on their list. Beaver Toyota in Santa Fe may be an option as well, but I have the suspicion that they have a fairly long list waiting.......

Re: Southwest dealers

Give up on American Toyota! They said that they had 14 people in front of me 2 months ago....and wanted a $5000 NONREFUNDABLE deposit. RUN AWAY!- RUN AWAY! Karl Malone sells more trucks, and so- they said they have an initial allotment of 8 and hinted at being able to get more....My sales guy is Rudy Gomez....he helped me get to see the first on in the state and sit my butt in it....Wait 'til you see this in person! Schwang!

Re: Southwest dealers

The Toyota Regional Rep drove it away and I thought he was going to American Toyota....which would have been this last Saturday....No mention of Beaver Toyota in Santa Fe, so maybe there next. I am getting the VooDoo Blue. No delivery date yet....I am hoping for the 20th thru the 24th....

Re: Southwest dealers

So where is the first dirt your FJ is going to see here in New Mexico? I am thinking of running straight out to South Eubank as soon as I drive her off the lot!
