Dan, Your doing a great job puting this together for us! I like the Idea of the broken, ripped and scratched up badge.

As far as running the Puerco Sunday morning, I'm there, as long as all stays quiet in the Burque until 1000! the warm weather is bringing out the best of people this week.

Sean
Cool, well be safe out there, to many nuts in the 505.
We are a maybe at this point for going on Sunday. We brought the dog (mistake)and the dog doesn't do well in the car.

George's part of the star would have to be bent or folded over somehow.

That's the great thing about the FJC - if the dog pukes in the back - there is no carpet to soak it up - so it sloshes around back there until you sop it up - YUM!

Hey guys Montana and I are gonna try to make it down in the morning. 10:00 at the end of Southern right? A couple questions, does Unser run into old 550? Is there access to Southern from there and is there a gas station in the area? Thanks! Hope to see ya tomorrow. Phil

Re: New Mexico FJ'ers

Phil and Montana, Unser does run into US 550. Turn on Northwest Corridor, there is a National Guard Armory there. The road curves to the left, at the Armory and turns into Unser. Take that all the way south, until you hit Southern Blvd. There is a WalMart there. Turn west there and it is several miles to the end of the road. It turns to dirt a mile or so from the end. Hope to see you there. We usually have a great time in the Puerco.
Paul

Not a lot of Gas stations on that route though. There is one Chevron a few blocks from Southern and Unser. If you turn east on Southern, there are several within a block or two as well, then you can head west again.

Re: New Mexico FJ'ers

Phil, you just made Jess very depressed because she's not going to be able to come tomorrow.

In addition to what Paul said, this might help

Re: New Mexico FJ'ers

No problem. She has to stay home in preparation for a party, which is also why I'll have to leave by 2. Now I'm just thinking about how I can make this trip better for you and Dan since you both are coming from so far away.

The jeep is ready for tomorrow
