[Marsh,
Sorry to hear about your search for a cold brew in T or C. At the begining of the week the Italian restaurant now has a liquor license. The next time you find yourself here in T or C, I will take you to a nice bar and buy you a cold brew. Hope to see you in the land of enchantment one of these days. chris
If I leave here now I can be there before the bars close![/quote]

Rotorhed1,
Sure! Better hurry before they close.

Jack,
Sorry to hear about the KMC Enduro Beadlocks! So how do you like the body mount chop? I have seen the Walker Evan wheels on the All-Pro FJs, they are nice looking wheels. chris
It's not as "clean" as others I have seen, but the work is solid. What's interesting is it looks like I could fit 35's now, sure would be nice to have the extra height, but I think 35's would be hard on the CV's, especially if you actually use the vehicle for what it was intended.

Re: New Mexico FJ'ers

Oh no, once you mention 35's, you've got to put 'em on.

I think the crawler transfer would have to go in first. Immagine the clutch smell on Pucker falls without it.

Re: New Mexico FJ'ers

lol, that's true. Your heavy foot doesn't help.

I can't wait to get back there but I'm still waiting for those sliders for the jeep. 6 weeks now.

I saw a post from a guy who got a set of bud built sliders, you take delivery of yours yet?

Just talked to Bud, he was waiting because he was designing a step to add, I don't have time to wait, we looked at my sliders while doing the body chop and noticed that a couple of welds had cracked. I need the new set before Cruise Moab, Bud is getting them powder coated this week, they should go out sometime in the next couple of weeks. He's sending me the HD version. I will be spending the next few weekends putting in the winch, CB Radio and hopefully my new LEDs will show. I left the woofers and amps out so that it would be easier to replace the lights. Sure is hard to get use to cruisin' without music. Just for your info, I wouldn't needed a heavy foot if I would have gotten a good spot!!

Jack,
I would like to see you put some 35's on the FJ. It would look sweet. Look forward to hearing how your trip to Moab goes. chris
