FJ cruiser modsTucson area

Just got rear link skid plate 3/16 and rear locker/atrac mod done works perfect the traction is unbelievable, this vehicle was unstoppable before, now I don't know what to throw at it(maybe some rocks ). Went out to Chiva last night and Italian Trap tested everything works great. Sooo excited all I need now are some skids for underneith (man-a-fre) and rock rails from allpro or demello, perhaps a toytec lift someday.

Sunfusion
33" bfg allterrain no lift (no rubbing full lock and articulated)
16" rockcrawler rims black steelys
body chop mod (HPE)
rearlink skid (HPE)
reardiff/atrac mod (HPE)
this is the way Toyota should have produced this vehicle but they didn't so I got it done. I'll post pics on Tuesday.

Jimmy their welder is the man.

If it goes smoothly, we might put his on too. Double the lift and double the fun. Come by and meet a few members.

Re: FJ cruiser modsTucson area

I wish I could have been there, but I was running chiva falls on saturday, did three feathers up the middle for the ford forum fellas. They were blocking the obstacle and I rolled up they started filming. I asked one of the gentlemen to move his bronco w/ 55" tires and they couldn't believe I was going to do it. I went up w/ my new mods but did not air down I was @ 35 psi, so I spun out a little bit(quite embarassing @ the time) collected myself and backed down. I told them what psi I was running at, one of the dudes was like "ayy man I'm running 5 psi". So I aired down to 23 psi and boooahhhkaaaa not even skipping a beat right up it, all on film. All of their jaws dropped and they all said AWESOME!!!! I looked at them and said see what low psi does for ya. I highly recommend doing the wire mod for atrac/lockers it is so bad azzz. VSC still works everything is totally fine. we got to go romping some time, I may be looking at all pro suspension would like to see it in action, if you want to hit some hard trails I know them all like the back of my hand.
