Thumbs up FJ spotted on street in Alameda

No pictures Air - (calm down!!)

Black loaded FJC parked in front of Subway on Park Street in Alameda around 8am. I suspect that it is a training rig for the morons down at Ron Goode Toyota as it had mfg plates (i think - not dlr plates). I'd imagine it's one of a few that are probably circulating around the bay area at the moment.

Anyway, looked really slick - TRD rims with BFGs, rack, fully loaded - looked like an auto. Couldnt find the driver - checked in Subway, Peet's and Starbucks. Was gonna hit the person up for a ride or test drive or something. Going to be going down to Ron Goode today and inquire about it. Looked real slick - like the black now. Although I thought I wouldnt buy an FJ in the first year - I might have to reconsider - although it wont be until I can get one in a base configuration so I can afford all the upgrades I wanna slap on the sucker.

This is the first one Ive seen in the Bay Area - they're here.....

Re: FJ spotted on street in Alameda

Ok. Just went over to Ron Goode's. The guy I spoke with was playing dumb about it but asked if I wanted to put a deposit down. I told him what I wanted and got the whole prius run around (same experience, again with those guys - they never return phone calls either). So I did some snooping in the back lot - nothing. But then driving home I saw the same black FJ crusing around town. Now my decision rests between a speedway blue dbl taco and a black FJ - the black one just looks right - absolutely right. Ill try snooping a little bit later with my camera later today.

Cool. Break out the Mission Impossible kit and poke around a little. Don't forget the night vision camera for air.
