Anyone In Tucson AZ ( Desert Rat Offroad )

I'm looking at a set of rims from Desert Rat Offroad and there not sure if this rim will clear the brake caliper on the fj . By any chance is there someone around the corner from them that could stop by and test fit it for me . I could buy just 1 rim and if it did not fit return it , but i need rims and tires . If i buy both at the same time i can not return them . I do not expect anyone to go out of there way to get there but if your around the corner and could help i would owe you one. Desert Rat is curious if there rim will work on the fj so i could try and have them ready for you when you got there. Thanks for any help. Todd

desert rat is just a distributor and a terrible one at that. Why not tell the exact rim you are looking at?

I believe they are the only one who has the rim, it's there design i believe. They said the center bore would work and the back spacing is 4 versus 4.5 but not positive if it will clear the caliper. Did you have a bad exprience with them ?

I don't want to put anyone on the spot i've already done that to one member. I talked to one of there stores this morning and he said they would fit and that they had installed a set for a dealer. The rest of the stores said i don't know and one said no.
