Anyone doing the rain dance yet?

Rain Dance in AZ!!!
We got some rain last night, enough that we didnt have to water the grass this morning.
But now Jessa and I want more! The temp was actually nice in Queen Creek today because of it. It wasnt so bad in Tempe either when we were at the AZ Toyota 4x4 Club meeting tonight. How is it around the valley?

Re: Anyone doing the rain dance yet?

Had dinner in Cave Creek last night and there were some dark clouds and lightning but no rain. Then saw more lightning out our way on the way home, but nothing.

it isnt bad if you are outside, but if you work in shop that has a swamp cooler, nothing can be worse.

yea, i was installing some radios in city buses the other day and nothing is better than working in buses that each 3 A/Cs going full blast. that was a nice work day. you kind of fry yourself when it comes time to installing the on roof antenna though. its like mounting an antenna on a hot skillet.

and that was dealing with fiberglass too. one of the guys i work with had to go up in an addic for work the other day. he ended up taking off early to get out of his clothes and shower.

on top of the buses it was painted dark blue fiberglass. i could have cooked an omlett up there.

Hey stop hogging the rain in Queen Creek, all that we've gotten is spit. I was up at 3 last night and it looked like some good lightning your way..
